Topic: His Highness Kazbek / Walking to the summit... Jacek, I can recommend exploring the Keli vulcanic plateau, located around 42°28’28”N 44°20’7”E. Peaks there reach 3600 m (Sherkhota, Khorisar). Kazbek can be seen from there and the view is otherwise very nice. Unfortunately I cannot recommend any higher summit around – I have too little experience. |

Topic: His Highness Kazbek / Walking to the summit... I would definitely not advise climbing the glacier without experienced team. Even then it is quite dangerous. |
